What are my shipping options?
Right now, all orders are shipped via USPS flat rate shipping. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, please allow additional time for delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time. Each SmartglASS gift is individualy customized, so please be aware there is a processing time of 1 week. If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately.
How do I track my order?
Once you order has shipped, you will be contacted via e-mail with the USPS tracking information.
