Please be aware, due to the nature of custom items, SmartglASS does not except returns or exchanges,unless there is a product defect or customization error on SmartglASS part.
We want to provide the very best customer service, so if you have an issue with your order and you are not sure if it qualifies, please feel free to contact us at contact@smartglassandstuff.com
We urge you to review your order (ie. check all options, spelling, dates, and names) before you submit. Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to make any changes, including cancellation. Simply contact SmartglASS via email contact@smartglassandstuff.com. Include your name, order number and any changes. If there is a change in price, you will be billed or refunded accordingly.
